It starts with a conversation, not a test
No forty questions, no table of tenses. Kira says hello first.
Make mistakes in peace
Kira doesn’t call a mistake a mistake. She says the correct form herself, inside her own reply, and the conversation rolls on — like an attentive conversation partner, not an examiner with a red pen.
Then the main path begins
120 lessons from A1 to C1: from “how are you” to working English. New words come back for spaced review until they stick.
How Kira corrects you
“I go yesterday.” And nobody winced
She didn’t say “mistake.” She didn’t open a table of tenses. She didn’t give you three out of five. She just said the correct form herself, and the conversation moved on.
- You hear “went” in reply to your “go” again and again — the form comes by ear, not by rule.
- If a mistake gets in the way of understanding or keeps coming back, Kira writes the correct phrase once, on a separate line. She doesn’t read it out loud, so the conversation doesn’t break.

The first time, she rephrased. When it came back, she wrote it once on a separate line. Not once did she say “mistake.”
“But it’s a bot. It’ll feel awkward”
Awkward is what happens when you’re being judged. Kira has nothing to judge you with: no grade book, no other students, and no one to tell that you stumbled on the third word. You can mumble, drag out an “uhh,” forget a word and say it in your own language: the conversation won’t break because of it.
And it’s not ten canned lines on a loop. Kira isn’t reading from a script: she knows the lesson’s topic and its words, and she responds to what you actually said. Take the same lesson twice and you’ll get two different conversations. Nowhere does the app pretend that a human is talking to you.
“I’ll still freeze up with a real person”
Maybe, the first time. But there’s a difference between “never out loud” and “out loud many times, just not with them.” Coffee, the job interview, asking to move a meeting: you’ll walk up to people with phrases that have already been said here — in your voice or in your messages. We don’t promise the fear will disappear. We do promise it won’t be your first time.

1,296 words with transcription, translation and a phrase from real life. Each one comes back for spaced review until it sticks — no more than 20 per session, so it never turns into cramming.

The interface comes in 13 languages: menus, settings and explanations appear in your language. There’s one language you can learn here: English. We say so up front so there are no surprises after you install.
A streak you can’t buy
10 crystals per lesson, up to three lessons a day; they unlock packs of new words. The day streak is real: it can’t be bought. One missed day is covered by an automatic freeze, and if the streak breaks anyway, a new one simply starts — nobody scolds you.

What people usually ask before installing
Is Kira a real person?
No, she’s an AI, and nowhere does the app pretend that a human is talking to you. She makes up every conversation from scratch, so the same lesson never plays out twice. Like any AI, she can get something wrong or invent a fact — there’s a “report” button under every reply.
Is there an iPhone version?
No. Kira Lang is only on Google Play.
I’m almost a complete beginner. Is it too early for me?
No. The “Every day at home” course starts at A0: daily life, habits, simple requests. Kira opens the conversation, you can keep your answers short, and if you’ve forgotten a word you can say it in your own language: the conversation won’t break because of it.
Do I have to speak out loud?
No, you don’t have to: type instead, it counts exactly the same, nothing gets locked. If you speak and the recognition gets it wrong, say it again or type it. Nobody underlines mistakes.
What’s available without a subscription?
Five minutes of conversation every day, all 120 lessons of the main path, the first lesson of every course, two word packs, the streak and the quests. XP and stars aren’t limited.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In Google Play: Subscriptions → Kira Lang → “Cancel subscription.” No need to write to us. Nothing is charged for future periods, and the paid one runs to the end. Step by step on the how to cancel your subscription page.
Do I need internet? What goes to the server?
Yes, you need internet: the AI processes your message so Kira can reply, and after the reply it isn’t kept on the server. Progress, words and your streak stay on your phone. Details in the privacy policy.
