Kira Lang

A real conversation, not flashcards

You understand it all.
You just haven’t
said it out loud yet.

In Kira Lang you train English by talking. Kira asks a question, you answer by voice or by text. If you slip up, she doesn’t underline it in red: she repeats your own thought correctly and asks the next question.

How it works

Three steps and you’re already talking

No forty-question placement test, no table of tenses. Straight into conversation.

Start the conversation

Pick a scene: ordering coffee, getting through a job interview, sorting out a package. Kira goes first, so you don’t have to invent something from a blank page.

Make mistakes in peace

Kira doesn’t call a mistake a mistake. She says the correct form herself, inside her own reply, and the conversation rolls on — the way real teachers do.

Grow along the path A1 → C1

The lessons take you from “how are you” to working English. New words come back for spaced review until they stick.

The recast method

“I go yesterday”. And nobody winced

She didn’t say “mistake”. She didn’t open a table of tenses. She didn’t give you three out of five. She just said the correct form herself, and the conversation moved on.

  • After a dozen exchanges like this, “went” falls into place on its own — the way the words of your first language once did.
  • If a mistake gets in the way of understanding or keeps coming back, Kira will write the correct phrase once, on a separate line.
  • She doesn’t read that correction out loud, so the conversation doesn’t break.

Honest about the AI

“But it’s a bot. It’ll feel awkward”

Awkward is what happens when you’re being judged. Kira has nothing to judge you with: no grade book, no other students, and no one to tell that you stumbled on the third word. You can mumble, drag out an “uhh”, forget a word and say it in your own language: the conversation won’t break because of it.

And it’s not ten canned lines on a loop. Every lesson goes to the model as a live call: it gets the topic, the lesson’s vocabulary and the opening line, and from there it responds to what you actually said. Take the same lesson twice and you’ll get two different conversations.

And if a reply still comes out strange, there’s a “report” button right next to it. We read those. Nowhere does the app pretend that a human is talking to you.

What’s inside

175 conversations, not ten phrases on a loop

English runs out exactly at conversations like these — not at “My name is”.

A living vocabulary

1296 words with transcription, translation and a real-life example. They come back on a spaced schedule until they stick — up to 20 per session, so it never turns into cramming.

Excuse me, where's the milk?/ɪkˌskjuz mi ˌwɛrz ðə ˈmɪlk/ excuse me, where is the milk? Excuse me, where's the milk? I can't find it. 200

Courses built for a goal

The job interview, work calls, the city without stress, at the doctor’s, negotiations. Eleven courses of five lessons each, and the first lesson in every course is free.

13 interface languages

The app speaks your native language. For now you can only learn English. We say so up front, so you don’t install it for nothing.

A day streak and crystals

10 crystals per lesson, up to three lessons a day. A streak can’t be bought back and can’t be restored — that’s exactly why it works.

By voice or by text

Hold the button and talk — your phone itself does the speech recognition. Can’t speak out loud? Type. It counts exactly the same, nothing gets locked.

No lesson ever plays out twice

Kira makes up every conversation from scratch: same topic and vocabulary, different talk. Take a lesson again and see for yourself.

Scenarios

You don’t need English in general — you need it in a specific room

Eleven courses of five lessons each. Every course takes one situation apart in full, from the first phrase to the awkward pause in the middle. The first lesson of every course is open without a subscription.

  • Kira PRO removes the daily talk limit
  • Every course in full and every roleplay scene
  • The whole vocabulary, without buying packs for crystals

Get it on Google Play

It works without PRO too: five minutes of conversation every day, all 120 lessons of the main path, the first lesson of every course, two word packs, the streak and the quests. XP and stars aren’t limited at all. Put the app in the background and the clock stops: only the conversation itself counts.

Privacy

We don’t even know your name

No sign-up, no account, no password. The name you type on the first screen stays in your phone’s memory. For Kira to reply, your message goes to a language model: there’s no conversation without that. We say it plainly, not in fine print.

  • No sign-up, no accounts
  • No ads — no one to sell your interests to
  • Progress, words and your streak stay on your phone
  • Messages aren’t stored on the server after the reply
  • You can report an AI reply right in the app

Questions

What people usually ask before installing

Is Kira a real person?

No — she’s an AI. She makes up every conversation from scratch, so the same lesson never plays out the same way twice. She can be wrong and can invent facts: if a reply feels strange, there’s a “report” button under her message.

Do I have to speak out loud?

No. Hold the button and talk if you feel like it; speech recognition runs on your phone. Can’t speak out loud? Type instead. It counts exactly the same, nothing gets locked.

What’s available without a subscription?

Five minutes of conversation every day, all 120 lessons of the main path, the first lesson of every course, two word packs, the streak and the quests. XP and stars aren’t limited at all.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In Google Play: Subscriptions, pick Kira Lang, “Cancel subscription”. No need to write to us — you keep your money for any unpaid periods, and the paid one runs to the end. It’s described step by step on the how to cancel your subscription page.

What happens to my data?

No sign-up, no account, no password. Progress, words and your streak live in your phone’s memory. Your message goes to a language model so Kira can reply, but it isn’t stored on the server after the reply. Details in the privacy policy.

Say the first phrase — it gets easier from there

We don’t promise “fluent English in 30 days”. We promise one conversation where mistakes are allowed, and another one tomorrow.
